STIG

KINEMATIK Type

KINEMATIK elements allow us to offer solutions appropriated for any customer specifications. The STIG Serie has been developed with the KN and ZK BAZUS KINEMATIK Series for welding applications. The ZK vertical axe control movement of the optical and laser instrumentation and the KN2 XY axis control the piece position.

DB

KINEMATIK Type

The DB Serie has been developed and designed under customer/application requirements: the need of controlling the lineal X movement and simultaneously the G rotary movement, in order to create a helicoidal welding line in a 1000mm long cylinder. The DB system is also equipped with Y axe with manual adjustment of the centre point.

N30

The BAZUS company presents its N30 proyect, a ±30 m linear displacement unit that can spin 360º. The unit is entirely made of high quality Aluminium. Then, the surface is treated in order to avoid rusting and possible reactions to chemicals under unfavourable work conditions. The quality and the precision of all MINI elements allow us to offer a final product that is unique in the market. It small size and the high quality of its finish make the N30 an ideal accessory for small precision mechanical applications, laboratories, and the metrology and pad-printing industrial sectors, in addition to, activities that require precision linear manual adjustments.
